ROLLING HILL IN MORRIS TOWNSHIP
Welcome to Rolling Hill, an executive neighborhood built by Harvey Caplan. Nine foot ceilings, wood shingle roofs, and special attentions to detail have made Caplan Builders a well respected name in northern New Jersey. This upscale community epitomizes pride of ownership and extends a welcoming hand to new arrivals through its Oak Hills Homeowners Association. A full social calendar for both adults and children awaits those who wish to participate..
The Moore Estate, the premier Convent Station location for luxury condos and townhouses was developed on the grounds of the original Moore Estate, and the horse barn where the current Community Clubhouse now stands. This fantastic community provides comfort, understated luxury, convenience and a bucolic location to its residents.
Moore Estates is conveniently located on Woodland Road in the Convent Station section of Morris Township. It is just a short distance to the NJ Transit Mid Town Direct train from the Convent Station train station, aptly named for the convent of the Sisters of Charity still located adjacent to the train station.
Of the approximately 300 homes in the Moore Estates, about one third are townhouses, the rest are condominiums. The condos range from 2 bedroom ranch style (one floor living) to 2-3-4 bedroom multi-story homes, many with lofts. All have either decks or patios for outdoor enjoyment.
Built in the early 1990’s, all Moore Estate homes have central air conditioning, at least a one car attached garage, and quality space and finishes. Homeowner maintenance fees cover the cost of maintaining the exterior and upkeep (such as lawn care, snow removal) and allow Moore Estate residents and their guests to enjoy a wonderful list of amenities which include: outdoor swimming pool with lounge chairs, tennis courts, fully equipped clubhouse suitable for large parties including a small kitchen, organized programs such as water aerobics, yoga, tennis and a current events group. These amenities make it easy to meet your neighbors!
